What information do I need to supply in my issue request?

As we have a number of applications and entry points to our solution, it would help us greatly if you could supply, as a minimum, the following details:

  • Device (Mobile, Tablet, Browser, etc)
  • Operating System (iOS, Android, Windows 7, etc)
  • Version
  • Steps to replicate the issue 

The request form also allows you to add an attachment. So if you get an error message on your phone for example, you can take a screenshot of it and attach it to your request.
